Bill Paxton is apparently prepped for a Twister sequel; he's even pitched it to one of the original's producers. [Premium Hollywood]
Production on Spider-Man 4, or Spider-M4n, which has been rumored as a possible title, has been postponed due to issues with the script. Also, John Malkovich has confirmed to an Italian interviewer that he will be playing the Vulture in the fourth installment of the franchise. [Coming Soon]

Director Bobby Farrelly told the Boston Herald that Sean Penn is back in The Three Stooges as Larry. Owen Wilson will also be teaming up with the Farrelly brothers for the comedy Hall Pass. [Hollywood Reporter]
The Playlist reports that Michael Fassbender, Ewan McGregor, Michael Douglas and Dennis Quaid will be teaming up for director Steven Soderbergh's Knockout, an action-spy thriller.
Sam Mendes (American Beauty, Away We Go) has been talking to the producers about directing the 23rd James Bond adventure. [Hollywood Reporter]
In other surprising news, Ron Howard has signed on to direct an untitled Vince Vaughn comedy about infidelity. [Variety]
Anna Kendrick, James McAvoy and Seth Rogen are joining forces for the dramedy I'm With Cancer, which has Kendrick playing an inexperienced psychologist to McAvoy's recently-diagnosed cancer patient. [Coming Soon]
Actor James Franco (Milk) and director Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire) are teaming up for 127 Hours, based on the true account of mountain climber Aron Ralston, who found himself trapped under a boulder. [Production Weekly]
Pharrell Williams is writing the music for the upcoming animated feature Despicable Me. [Coming Soon]
